Fee Sharing

stKLD holders are eligible for a share of fees captured by various parts of the Kaleido Finance ecosystem:

  • In Kaleido Strategies, this includes:

    • A portion of the interest paid by borrowers to lenders.

    • A portion of liquidation fees from undercollateralized loans.

  • For Kaleido tooling (yield optimizers/ cross-chain lending tools on Abstract), specific fees can will redirected to stKLD holders. As protocol usage grows, these sources generate a diversified and robust stream of rewards for stakers — in $KLD and other ERC-20 tokens.
