Proposal Process

  • Idea Submission – Any DAO member can submit a proposal draft via the governance forum.

  • Community Discussion – The draft undergoes open debate and feedback from the community.

  • Formal Proposal – Once refined, the proposal is submitted on-chain for voting.

  • Voting Period – $stKLD holders vote “For” or “Against.” A quorum threshold must be met.

  • Execution – If approved, the proposal is queued and executed by the Kaleido smart contracts.
